Terms & Conditions

These Terms set out the rules for using StayBooked and the limits of our responsibilities.

1. Services

StayBooked provides AI-powered call answering, enquiry handling, and appointment-booking services. The service is automated and does not replace a human receptionist.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee bookings, revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or caller availability. Outcomes depend on client-provided information, capacity, and operational availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, hours, and service details
  • Maintain correct calendar availability and booking rules
  • Review, approve, and update scripts and routing logic when required
  • Ensure offered services comply with applicable laws and regulations

StayBooked is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated client information.

4. Call Recording

Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and service optimisation. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate caller notices are provided where required.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed prior to commencement. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of service until accounts are brought up to date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayBooked is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding three months.

8. Data Protection

StayBooked processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Clients remain the data controller for their customer data and StayBooked acts as a processor for that data when providing the services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with any agreed notice terms. Upon termination, service access will cease and any outstanding amounts remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
